Raw material selection principle

High-shrinkage ophthalmic yarn: Japan, 3.3 dtex x 64 mm, 24% composition. Solid ophthalmics: Japan, Korea, Shanghai Jinshan, etc., specification 3.3 dtex x 64 mm, composition 76%

Different manufacturers of nylon, performance is not the same, if the use of improper raw materials, will cause life difficult to do, product quality is unstable. Through practice, we found that Japan, South Korea, Shanghai Jinshan and other places of the ophthalmic spandex, specific resistance is smaller, less static electricity in the production process, conducive to the normal production. Because of the eyeliner fiber color absorption performance due to different batches, different manufacturers and differences, in order to prevent the finished dyeing differences, the same batch of products with the same batch of raw materials for production, can not be randomly connected to the batch.

2 Process flow

3. Production technology measures

3.1 Open cotton

Due to the thick and long eyeliner fiber, good bulkiness, very easy to stick roll, resulting in increased carding head, raw strip weight unevenly high. For this reason, the process principle of heavy pressure, light weight and small fixed length should be adopted, while 10 roving strips are sandwiched between the cotton layers, and the workshop temperature and humidity should be increased to keep the fiber soft. The process parameters were determined as follows.

Dry weight of cotton roll; 380 g/m

Roll length; 27 m

Temperature: >20 C

Relative humidity:>60%

3.2 Carding

The ophthalmic fiber in the production process is easy to produce static electricity, resulting in the transfer of the cotton network difficulties, peeling cotton part of the network is easy to fall, around the tin, around the doffer, resulting in life difficult to do, thick and thin strips increased. For this reason, the speed of the tin forest, stabbing roller low master, improve the speed ratio between the tin forest and the stabbing roller, tin forest and cover plate spacing distance appropriate enlargement, tin forest and Dawe, Dawe and peeling cotton roller transfer roller and peeling cotton roller spacing appropriate contraction. At the same time, the tin Lin DaoFu choose big tooth needle cloth, and keep good working condition workshop relative humidity not less than 60%. Because of the thick and long ophthalmic fiber, good separation, should be properly raised to the cotton board, in order to increase the carding process length, reduce fiber damage. Because the raw strip is puffy, easy to block the ring strip disc and flare, should increase the pressure of the pressure roller, reduce the raw strip quantification, the use of bending ring strip slant pipe and regular use of gasoline finger rub. When the head is raw, hold the raw strip by hand, make the raw strip stick to the lower surface of the lap tray, and wait for the strip to stick to the lower surface of the lap tray naturally. The process parameters are as follows.

Dry weight of raw strip (g/5m): 18.5

Feeding board elevation(mm):6

Speed of barbed roller(r/min):720

Sizing speed(r/min) :298

Sillin~cover spacing(mm):0.4,0.35,0.35,0.35, 0.4

Sillin~dowel spacing(mm):0.1

Dawe~Dawe roller spacing(mm);0.3

Separation distance between stripping roller and transfer roller(mm)0 25

3.3 Strip

The method of raw head is similar to that of cotton raw sliver to reduce the difficulty of looped sliver, and a reasonable draft distribution is chosen to improve the straightness of fiber and the dryness of sliver.

3 4 Roving

Roving dry weight (g/10m): 4.606

Post-drawing multiplier (times) :1.4

Rolla center distance (mm) :66.5x 76.5

Grab factor:46.8

Unevenness of roving Sachs: 21.69%

Roving weight unevenness:0.68%

3.5 Fine yarn

The depth of the groove is determined by the actual production, but it is smaller on the premise of no roving, which is beneficial to the yarn dryness. The center distance is 18×25 mm; the distance between the loop jaws is 4 mm, and the twist coefficient of the yarn is small, 240, in order to have a strong hairiness. For this reason, the tension of the spindle belt should be large, the accumulated flowers on the spindle belt should be cleared in time to reduce slippage, and the relative humidity in the workshop should not be less than 60%. Humidifier can be installed or water can be poured on the floor of the workshop to increase the humidity to reduce flying flowers, reduce breakage and improve twisting efficiency.

3.6 Winding

As the single yarn twist is small and easy to slip off and break, the winding is done with low speed, small tension and small clearing board spacing to remove the rubber yarn; the strand cylinder is applied with larger tension to ensure good cylinder formation.

3.7 Twisting

In order to have a good hairiness of the strand, the twist degree is small, specifically using 160, the strength of the strand is large, and the feel is rich. At the same time, the twisting area is equipped with a humidifier, which is effective in reducing flutter, reducing breakage and improving twisting efficiency.

4.1 The choice of raw materials should be careful, the use of smaller than the resistance of stable quality of ophthalmic spandex, which is conducive to the quality of yarn; raw material batch number must be clearly distinguished, the same batch of products using the same batch of raw materials, otherwise the finished product dyeing is easy to appear color differences.

4.2 Solve the problem of sticky roll is the key to clearing process, otherwise the efficiency of the carding process is reduced, and the number of thick and thin strips increases.

4.3 Select reasonable carding process parameters to solve the problem of difficult transfer of cotton net, winding selvage and doffer.

4.4 The quantitative control of the strips is small, not more than 18.5g/5 m, otherwise it is difficult to loop the strips.

4.5 Slip drafting is used in the spinning process, and the depth of the groove of the middle skin roller is determined by the actual production, under the premise of no coarse yarn.

In order to better develop outdoor water- and oil-repellent, warm and windproof fabrics and to avoid the problems of poor fabric comfort caused by coating and lamination technologies, we used the environmentally friendly water- and oil-repellent finishing agent SK-1005 and cross-linking agent SK-FM to finish the ophthalmic Bulky Acrylic Yarn with water and oil repellency. The yarns were dried at 90 C and then baked at 110 C, 120 C, 130 C, 140 C and 150 C for 60 s to observe the degree of swelling under microscope and to test the tensile strength, abrasion resistance and hairiness to investigate the effect of finishing temperature on the performance of water- and oil-repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn. The results showed that the water- and oil-repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn finished at different temperatures showed no significant changes in the tensile properties of the yarn compared with the original Bulky Acrylic Yarn, while the abrasion resistance and hairiness index were improved. Among them, when the temperature was 110 C, the waxed Bulky Acrylic Yarn had the least swelling, the best abrasion resistance, and the least hairiness index. The water- and oil-repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn treated at 110C was used to develop the fabric, and its contact angle was tested and analyzed. The indexes of oil repellency and durability were tested and analyzed. The fabric had excellent water and oil repellency before and after washing.

The fiber has the name of “artificial wool”, and the surface is rough and the macromolecule is irregularly spiral structure, there is no obvious crystalline area and non-crystalline area, and it shows excellent thermal elasticity under heat. Using the characteristics of eyelash fiber, we choose high shrinkage eyelash fiber and regular fiber in a certain ratio to make eyelash Bulky Acrylic Yarn]. It has the characteristics of fluffy and plump, soft and warm, and elastic []. The eyeliner fiber is stretched under heat and then cooled under tension, so that there is a potential strain inside the fiber, i.e., the fiber with potential shrinkage is called high-shrinkage fiber. Fibers that do not have potential shrinkage are called regular fibers C7.

The Bulky Acrylic Yarn products currently available in the market have a single function, and the water- and oil-repellent products are realized by coating, laminating, printing and other techniques. For example, Liu Chunyan et al. studied the water and oil repellent finishing of polyester-cotton fabric and silk fabric respectively; Wang Kelin et al. used fluorine-free water repellent finishing agent WS CONC. to give water repellent performance to wool fabric14 Huang et al. studied super hydrophobic and super lipophilic polyphenylene sulfide microfiber film. However, the above water- and oil-repellent products all have problems such as fabric feel is not soft enough and comfort is poor [1.

To better develop outdoor water- and oil-repellent, warm and windproof fabrics and to avoid the problems of poor fabric comfort caused by coating and lamination technologies, the unique moisture-absorbing and swelling properties, excellent fluffiness and warmth of Bulky Acrylic Yarn were utilized in this paper [17], which was finished with environmentally friendly water- and oil-repellent finishing agents and cross-linking agents. The yarns were dried and roasted, and the degree of swelling was observed under the microscope to test the tensile strength, abrasion resistance and hairiness. The effect of finishing temperature on the performance of Bulky Acrylic Yarn is investigated in order to develop a water and oil repellent, warm and windproof Bulky Acrylic Yarn fabric.

The water temperature is 40C, the detergent concentration is 0.2%, and the washing is done in a 150 mL solution for 45 min. This method corresponds to 5 washes. After washing, 2 times at 40C and 100 mL of water, 1 min each time, and finally air-dried or dried.

2 Results and discussion

Bulky Acrylic Yarn without any treatment, Bulky Acrylic Yarn dried at 90C for 30 s and Bulky Acrylic Yarn dried at 110.120,130140,150C for 60 s are indicated by A, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6, respectively.

The swelling of Bulky Acrylic Yarn without any finishing agent was in a swelling state, and the swelling of Bulky Acrylic Yarn with different water and oil repellent temperatures tended to decrease and then increase as the temperature increased. The reason for this result is that when drying at 90C, the finishing agent and cross-linking agent did not completely penetrate Bulky Acrylic Yarn, and the ophthalmic Bulky Acrylic Yarn was still in a fluffy state. Generally speaking, as the baking temperature increases, the finishing agent molecules can fully contact with the fiber and react more thoroughly, making the water and oil repellent film on the surface of the yarn more compact. However, due to the unique temperature expansion of Bulky Acrylic Yarn, at 110C, the expansion of Bulky Acrylic Yarn is minimized, when the combination of finishing agent and cross-linking agent increases and completely penetrates Bulky Acrylic Yarn, leaving the fiber in a completely bound state. With the increasing baking temperature. At 140C, Bulky Acrylic Yarn is in the maximum swelling state after finishing. The reason for this phenomenon may be that the increase in temperature causes the water and oil repellent film on the surface of the yarn to break down, which makes the fiber completely free from the binding and in a fluffy state.

2.1 Tensile test

All the 7 yarns have excellent strength and tensile properties. Compared with the original Bulky Acrylic Yarn, there is no significant change in the strength and elongation at break of the water and oil repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn finished at different temperatures, indicating that the effect of finishing temperature on the strength and elongation of the water and oil repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn is not significant.

2.1.1 Abrasion resistance test

The abrasion resistance of the water- and oil-repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn finished at different temperatures increased compared with the original Bulky Acrylic Yarn, and the abrasion resistance of Bulky Acrylic Yarn showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increasing temperature. The reason for this phenomenon is that Bulky Acrylic Yarn is fluffy and has more voids between the fibers in the yarn, and the use of water- and oil-repellent finishing agents and cross-linking agents will add a certain amount of reinforcement inside the yarn to improve the abrasion resistance of Bulky Acrylic Yarn. At the baking temperature of 110C, the yarn has the highest number of abrasion resistance and the best abrasion resistance, because the molecules of water repellent and oil repellent finishing agent can fully contact with the yarn fiber and completely penetrate the yarn, which makes the surface of the yarn form a dense water repellent and oil repellent film. However, as the baking temperature increased, the swelling of the Bulky Acrylic Yarn increased, resulting in the reduction of the finishing agent on the yarn surface and between the fibers, and the breakage of the water and oil repellent film on the yarn surface, thus decreasing the abrasion resistance.

2.1.2 Yarn hairiness test

The amount of hairiness directly affects the appearance and performance of the yarn, so the length, number and distribution of hairiness determine the appearance and feel of the yarn and the finished product. 8~9 mm hairiness is almost non-existent and 6~7 mm hairiness accounts for a small percentage. The amount of hairiness of Bulky Acrylic Yarn finished at different temperatures decreased compared with the original Bulky Acrylic Yarn, and the amount of hairiness of Bulky Acrylic Yarn tended to decrease and then increase with increasing temperature. When the baking temperature was 110C, the amount of hairiness of Bulky Acrylic Yarn was the lowest. At this time, the water and oil repellent finishing agent and crosslinker molecules are tightly bound to the fibers, so that the fibers on the surface and inside of the yarn are bound together. As the temperature increases further, some of the covalent bonds are not firmly bonded to the fiber molecules, which makes the Bulky Acrylic Yarn threads swell and the fiber bundles are exposed to the yarn surface.

When the finishing temperature was 110C, the Bulky Acrylic Yarn swelled the least, had the best abrasion resistance and the least hairiness index.

2.2 Testing of water and oil repellency of fabrics

The water and oil repellency of the 110C treated Bulky Acrylic Yarn was tested for contact angle, oil repellency and durability.

The contact angle and oil repellency of the fabric before washing were 147.1 and 7, respectively, with excellent water and oil repellency; after 10 washes, the contact angle and oil repellency of the fabric decreased. The reason is that the fabric was rubbed by the detergent and the external force during the washing process, and some of the covalent bonds with the yarn were broken, resulting in the destruction of the water and oil repellent film on the surface of the yarn. This affects the water and oil repellent performance of the fabric. However, after 10 times of washing, the contact angle and oil repellent grade of the fabric were 135.3° and 6 levels respectively, which still had good water and oil repellent performance and could meet the requirements of serviceability.

(1) Compared with the original Bulky Acrylic Yarn, the water- and oil-repellent Bulky Acrylic Yarn finished at different temperatures showed no significant change in the tensile strength of the yarn, while the abrasion resistance and hairiness index were improved. When the temperature was 110 C, the ophthalmic Bulky Acrylic Yarn had the least swelling, the best abrasion resistance, and the least hairiness index.

The fabrics designed and developed with 110C treated water and oil repellent ophthalmic Bulky Acrylic Yarn. The contact angle and oil repellent grade before washing were 147 1 and 7, respectively. It has excellent water and oil repellent properties. After 10 washes, the contact angle and oil repellent grade were 135 3° and 6 respectively, which still had good water and oil repellent properties and could meet the serviceability requirements.

Development of Acrylic Yarn Yarn and its Process Research

1.1 Plain spandex fiber

1.1.1 Structural characteristics

Acrylic fiber, also known as polypropylene eye fiber, is a fiber made of polypropylene eye as the main raw material (containing more than 85% of acrylic eye), copolymerized with the second and third monomer.

Acrylic fiber cross-section varies with the different spinning methods, wet spinning fiber cross-section is basically round, dry spinning is peanut-shaped. The surface of the fiber is rough and bark-like, the original fiber structure can be seen in the optical or electron microscope, and there are tiny holes. acrylic fiber macromolecule is not very regular helical conformation, does not have a true crystalline structure, so there is no strict crystallization zone and amorphous zone, the thermal elasticity of acrylic fiber is a reflection of its structure.

1.1.2 Properties

Acrylic fiber strength 1.76 ~ 3.80 N/dtex, elongation at break 25% ~ 46%, wet strength is 85% ~ 95% of dry strength, Acrylic initial modulus is lower than polyester and higher than nylon, generally 35.2 ~ 61.6 cN/dtex, elongation elasticity is better than man-made fiber and cotton, hemp but worse than wool, the residual elongation of multiple stretching is larger, therefore Therefore, the cuffs and collars of Acrylic knitted fabrics are easily deformed.

The moisture absorption rate of Acrylic fiber is low, and the moisture return rate under standard conditions is 1.2% ~ 2.0%, and the moisture return rate varies slightly from species to species. the dry and wet moisture return rates of Acrylic fiber are close to each other, so the difference in tensile properties between dry and wet states is small, but because of its poor moisture absorption, it is easy to accumulate static electricity when processing and is easily stained when wearing.

In addition, Acrylic also has a small specific gravity, fluffy appearance, soft feel, excellent warmth, mildew, mothproof, colorful and other characteristics, and has good light, heat and radiation resistance, coupled with its unique elasticity and warmth similar to wool, so it has the name of “artificial wool”. The commonly used Acrylic staple fiber has two types: wool and cotton, which can be blended with wool and widely used in the manufacture of wool yarn, blankets and artificial fur.

1.2 High shrinkage eye fiber

The fiber with boiling water shrinkage rate of about 20% is called general shrinkage fiber, while the fiber with boiling water shrinkage rate of 35% ~45% is called high shrinkage fiber.

High shrinkage Acrylic fiber is to make use of the thermal elasticity of Acrylic, the silk bundle after drying, heat setting, curling treatment above its glass transition temperature and then heat drawing and stretching, and then cooling rapidly under tension, so that the fiber is fixed with large internal stress. This fiber latent shrinkage after heat, generally known as high shrinkage Acrylic fiber. Its boiling water shrinkage rate can be more than 30%.

The yarn blended with wool or other chemical fibers, which has a strong sense of hairiness, can be used to weave wool blankets or artificial fur. The textured yarn spun by using the heat shrinkage of Acrylic has good fluffiness and strong sense of hairiness, which is widely used in artificial fur and imitation cashmere industries and has good promotion prospects.

2 Yarn varieties

2.1 Common Acrylic Yarn

Cotton type Acrylic Yarn is particularly soft to the touch, some of them can be comparable to cashmere, which can be used for high-grade knitted garment fabrics, high-grade thermal underwear, high-grade socks and other products.

Medium-length Acrylic yarn, with soft and smooth handfeel, good luster, uniform strip, strong plush feeling, both cotton and wool style, and high fastness, good abrasion resistance, is the ideal yarn for developing imitation wool fabric in knitting industry, and has a good market. Its traditional spinning method is mostly done by using wool spinning equipment, but it is limited by the high cost of spinning. Using the existing cotton spinning equipment, by adjusting the process parameters, spinning medium-length pure Acrylic Yarn can greatly reduce the spinning cost.

2.2 Bulky Acrylic Yarn

The high shrinkage Acrylic fiber and no secondary heat stretching of low shrinkage fiber in a certain proportion (generally high shrinkage Acrylic fiber 40% -45%, low shrinkage fiber 55% -60%) for mixed spinning, the spun yarn will be above 100C for thermal relaxation treatment (steam or boiling water treatment). At this time, the high-shrinkage Acrylic fibers shrink along the length to become the core of the yarn, while the low-shrinkage fibers are squeezed to the surface in the shape of a circle, making the yarn puffy and soft. This yarn is called Bulky Acrylic Yarn.

Bulky Acrylic Yarn has the unique style of soft and fluffy hand feeling and similar to wool yarn, widely used in fleece, underwear, outerwear knitted sweater towels, towels and decorative fabrics.

2.3 Blended Yarn Acrylic and wool blended yarn

Because of good fluffiness and strong sense of wool shape, it has been widely used in woolen yarn, woolen blanket, the manufacture of artificial fur and other fields.

Blending fine denier Acrylic with cotton fibers with a large moisture return rate, as cotton fibers are coarser and easier to present on the outside of the finished yarn, can improve the moisture absorption properties of the fabric. In addition, blending a certain percentage of cotton can make up for the lack of strength of fine denier Acrylic fiber, so that the roving and spinning process can be carried out smoothly and prevent the phenomenon of winding rollers and skin rollers. This blended yarn has the advantages of good luster, good handfeel and less wrinkles after washing, and the yarn blended with some hemp by 45/55 has the advantages of good moisture absorption, breathability and stiffness of hemp, but also improves the disadvantages of poor dyeing performance of linen fiber, which is ideal for summer fabric knitting.

The use of high contraction Acrylic and rabbit hair to develop rabbit eye blended yarn, through the contraction of Acrylic, can strengthen the curl winding of ghost hair, so that the fiber is not easy to slip off, which is conducive to the protection of free hair, reduce free hair shedding. It can produce finished products such as rabbit fur sweaters, outerwear, scarves, hats, gloves and cashmere knitted fleece.

The products woven with medium-length Acrylic, wool and rabbit fleece fiber blended yarn not only have the characteristics of Acrylic fabric with fluffy structure, light weight, soft hand, good warmth, comfortable wearing and bright color, etc., but also further improve the appearance and feel of the fabric due to the blending of wool and rabbit fleece fiber, which makes the fabric feel woolen, full hand and feel more luxurious; the wool and fleece-free fiber The moisture recovery rate is higher than Acrylic, which enhances the moisture absorption and breathability of the fabric and makes the fabric more comfortable to wear.

In addition, Acrylic and other natural fibers and synthetic fibers, especially new fibers for blending, can develop more products suitable for market needs.

2.4 New type of spinning Acrylic Yarn

Rotor spinning machine production of low-twist Acrylic OE yarn, its structure is fluffy, uniform dry, for knitting pile fabric, its fabric pile surface is rich, thick, rich pile.

Since the structure of air-jet Acrylic Yarn is wrapped yarn, the hairiness is less than that of ring yarn, so the knitted fabric produced by air-jet Acrylic Yarn has less pilling.

Vortex spun Acrylic Yarn has special advantages as a yarn for village cushions in the knitted fleece industry. Vortex spinning yarn has the characteristics of loose and disorderly fiber internal structure arrangement, small degree and low strength, and high resilience compared with the traditional ring spinning yarn, so it gives full play to these advantages as a padding yarn in knitted fleece production.

3 Spinning process

Acrylic species is mainly short fiber, can be pure spinning, can also be mixed with wool or other fibers, made of wool fabric. In the raw material matching, consider the requirements of fiber length and fineness ratio, that is, length (inches) / fineness (denier) 1, more suitable for processing on the cotton spinning set.

Acrylic in the processing process is very sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, outdoor conditions and raw materials change, the workshop must be timely adjustment of temperature and humidity, otherwise there will be sticky roll, around the flowers and other problems.

Most of the combing and rough combing wool spinning equipment can process Acrylic fiber very well. The following is an analysis of the key production process of each process when processing Acrylic Yarn in cotton spinning equipment.

3.1 Opening and Clearing Process

According to the characteristics of Acrylic fiber, such as fluffy, elongation, less impurity and light specific gravity, the process principle of “more loosening and less beating, more combing and less falling, proper mixing, anti-winding and anti-adhesive” can be adopted in the production.

In order to reduce the number of fiber strikes, the process can skip six silver simple cotton opener and a porcupine type cotton opener. Porcupine openers can be used on the fully enclosed dust frame to reduce the fall of cotton. In the cotton feeder, the appropriate enlargement of the V-shaped curtain on the spacing, in order to prevent the cotton box Acrylic flip and the formation of fiber mass. The quantification of cotton roll should not be too large, and the fixed length of cotton roll should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the forming and carding process, at the same time, in order to prevent the sticky roll, the coarse yarn strip should be clamped on when forming the roll.

3.2 Carding process

According to the characteristics of Acrylic fiber fluffy, elastic, easy to tangle, and in order to reduce fiber damage as much as possible, the process can take the principle of “light quantification, heavy pressure, large spacing”. acrylic fiber holding force is poor, so the pressure of the cotton roller than the spinning of cotton to increase the appropriate to enhance the cotton grip.

3.3 parallel process

The reasonable configuration of the parallel process is the key to improve the quality of Acrylic Yarn. Production of leather silver pressurization than when spinning cotton increased by 20%30%, in order to make the grip force and drafting force to adapt to reduce the unevenness of the yarn.

The process of drawing machine, can use the first channel small two large drafting times configuration, and the drafting times of the back area of the first channel is larger than the second channel head channel drafting times small, is conducive to improve the uniformity of the strip, the second channel drafting times large is conducive to improve the straightness of Acrylic fiber parallelism improve Acrylic Yarn strength.

3.4 Roving process

If the coefficient is too large, the unevenness of roving twist strength will increase, and when drawing on the spinning machine, the drawing force will increase, and even the drawing force will not fit with the holding force, and the strip will slip under the roller jaws, leading to hard head or deterioration of the strip.

3.5 Spinning process

The process principle of “low twist coefficient, suitable draft multiplier in the back area, large spacing, heavy pressure” is adopted on the spinning machine.

The twist factor of the yarn is one of the more important indicators of the quality of the knitted product. The twist factor is chosen to be low in order to adapt to the need for soft and elastic yarns for knitted underwear.

The center distance of the middle and rear rollers is enlarged to improve the distribution of the friction boundary in the drafting zone, so as to effectively control the pulmonary fibers and improve the yarn quality. In the case of suitable coefficient of roving and larger center distance of the rear area of the yarn, the rear area of the yarn drafting machine should be appropriately small, so that the roving by the rear area of the yarn drafting machine after the residual twist and into the short and long double skin ring drafting area, in order to reduce the yarn details of the weight of the wire mass than the same number (count) of cotton yarn appropriate weight.

3.6 Winding simple process

Due to the serious phenomenon of static electricity of bladder, the formation of the simple sub difficult, easy to appear the size of the head, spider web and other phenomena, the following measures can be taken: (1) reduce the speed of the groove Jane machine; (2) appropriate to increase the weight of the tension washer; (3) the use of metal groove cylinder.

(1) Acrylic Yarn has the unique excellent characteristics of extremely wool-like yarn, with soft hand, good expansion, good elasticity, good dyeing performance, bright colors, and strong warmth retention. Therefore, it is widely used in the manufacture of underwear, outerwear, knitted sweaters, blankets, artificial furs, towels and decorative fabrics, etc. It has a broad development prospect.

(2) Using Acrylic fiber and other fiber blends can give full play to the advantages of two or more fibers to develop diversified and high value-added products.

  • Because Acrylic fiber has the characteristics of fluffy, light specific gravity static electricity phenomenon, etc., in the production should take appropriate process configuration to control. It is worth mentioning that processing medium-length Acrylic fiber on cotton spinning equipment can greatly reduce the spinning cost of enterprises.

Acrylic textured yarn card cotton sticky roll solution

For a long time, sulfur cotton sticky rolls lead to a large number of raw and cooked strips of thick and thin strips, not only reduce the rate of manufacture, increase spinning costs, resulting in damage to the needle fabric, but also lead to and strip eye light eye heavy and “individual weight deviation” phenomenon, test workers frequently change and strip drafting change gear, blocking workers to guard the thick and thin strips of exhaustion, and into the yarn hundred meters weight CV % is high, hundred meters weight deviation often beyond the control range, knitted fabrics appear The phenomenon of “horizontal file”, “cloud shadow” and “rib” etc. seriously affects the product quality and market sales.

1 solution measures

Through the recent years of practice, in solving the ophthalmic spandex yarn card cotton sticky roll, we have achieved remarkable results.

1.1 Increase the raw material back to moisture

Maintain a high relative humidity in recent years, the use of raw materials of nylon, moisture rate is generally lower than 2% of the public rate of return, in the spinning process, more flowers, cotton rolls, strips hairy, combing cotton network easy to break the edge, into a loose, easy to wrap easy to plug the flower rolls at this time the most serious sticky roll phenomenon, analysis of the above phenomena, are related to static electricity. The test proves that the fiber resistance and relative humidity has a close relationship, such as relative humidity 64%, ophthalmic resistance of 1.17x 10 “o, while the relative humidity reaches 75%, the resistance dropped to 0 .65 x 0 o; and fiber moisture content and its quality than resistance is the following relationship.

lg R=-nlgM +lgk

Where R is the mass resistance of the fiber, M is the fiber water content, n, k for the empirical constants, it can be seen that the water content increases, the fiber resistance drops sharply, for this reason, we in the artificial small amount of cotton with the raw materials for humidification, to maintain the cotton roll moisture rate between 22% ~ 2 5%, the relative humidity of the flower cleaning process to maintain at more than 75%, carding relative humidity of not less than 70%, can significantly reduce the phenomenon of sticky roll The relative humidity of carding is not less than 70%, which can obviously reduce the phenomenon of sticky roll.

1.2 Electric wire preheating device is installed on the compacting roller

We will A076C two or three roller shaft hole through, respectively installed two electric heating wire, so that the entire two, three roller heating, temperature control at about 70%, the relatively high moisture recovery rate of the fiber layer through the pressing roller preheating treatment surface flat, smooth, reduce sticky roll. However, it should be noted that the temperature here should not be too high, otherwise it will lead to high shrinkage fiber shrinkage in advance to lose the due effect of expansion, and the temperature should not be too low, otherwise it will not achieve the preheating effect. Particularly note that the equipment is broken down or handover shift and other downtime is long, it is appropriate to run the cotton layer here empty, and cut off the power of the electric heater.

1.3 Keep the surface of the tightening roller clean and increase the tightening roller pulling force appropriately

Tight press roller in the long-term use of the process, will be raw materials within the iron miscellaneous damage to the surface, the surface damage is very easy to hang flowers. Sometimes a class down, especially the second and third roller will wind a thick layer of fibers, resulting in uneven surface of the roller, the pressure distribution of the input fiber layer is not uniform, not conducive to fiber layering, so often clean to keep the roller surface clean is necessary. Surface damage to the serious roller, must be renewed, tight pressure roller pressure on the roll, for the width, at least keep in 15 g/cm above, in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of sticky roll.

1.4 with a good cotton volume pressure hook of the gradual increase in pressure device

Our company originally did not use this device, but put the weight on the last end of the cross gear bar, which resulted in the phenomenon of small rolls sticking for a long time, and almost 100% of small rolls sticking caused a large number of back flowers. We will reuse this set of devices, so that the weight with the increase in the diameter of the flower rolls constantly move back, reduce the pressure of small rolls, increase the pressure of large rolls, reduce the difference between the winding force of small and large rolls, so that the phenomenon of small rolls sticky rolls can be improved.

1.5 Other process improvements

The use of single dust cage condensation cotton, appropriate increase into the volume machine fan speed to maintain the appropriate degree of looseness of raw materials; choose the appropriate volume of flower volume quantitative and length; further reduce the longitudinal uneven rate and horizontal uneven rate of flower volume (now our company within 18% of the meter weight uneven rate qualified rate of more than 95%, the average value within 15%), also play a positive role in improving the sticky volume.

2. Effect analysis

After the implementation of the above measures, carding sticky roll phenomenon is obviously reduced, carding back to the rate of 7% of raw materials to 3%, blocking workers from the heavy handling of sticky rolls and coarse and thin strips gate-keeping liberated, so as to strengthen the circuit, reduce the occurrence of bad equipment and accidents, carding equipment operation rate of 99%.

By solving the carding sticky rolls, our company has improved the quality index of bulk yarn significantly, and also driven other indicators such as the rate of production, tons of yarn consumption and other positive improvement.
